ABOUT YOUR SURGEON
Dr Adam Ofri | Sydney Breast & General Surgeon
Dr Ofri is an Academic Surgeon who graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2009. He undertook his internship and residency at Prince of Wales Hospital, where he completed his Masters of Surgery. His formal surgical training was in the coveted North Shore Network. After working in both metropolitan and rural hospitals, he was awarded his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
He completed his BreastSurgANZ accredited Breast Surgery fellowship in NSW and WA, where he was exposed to high-end oncoplastic techniques as well as high case-loads. During this time he enhanced his knowledge base further by completing his Masters of Advanced Surgery (Breast Surgery).
Dr Ofri is well trained in managing benign (non-cancer) and malignant (cancerous) breast disease. He has extensive training from minimally invasive surgery to extensive oncoplastic techniques with reconstruction. He is also well versed in Breast Cancer Risk Assessment and designing Tailored Breast Screening for his patients.
